Se abstuvo de resolver el conflicto de competencia suscitado entre dos Juzgados Penales Municipales en la acción de tutela promovida por el ciudadano de la referencia contra el Instituto de Seguro Social de Medellín y, en su lugar, enviar el expediente al Tribunal respectivo para que por adopte la decisión que corresponda.
Lo anterior, de conformidad con las normas de procedimiento que rigen la materia, corresponde al superior jerárquico de los dos la resolución de dicho conflicto, es decir, que la decisión sobre el mismo corresponde al mencionado Tribunal.
